Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the PreschoolPass website collects and how we use it. It covers preschoolpass.com. The PreschoolPass app at app.preschoolpass.com has its own policy.

What we collect

• When you join the waitlist: your name, email address and zip code.
• When you register provider interest: your contact details and the details you share about your program.
• Anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are visited. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to send you launch news and availability in your area, and to follow up with providers about joining PreschoolPass. We don’t sell your information.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from people, not bots.

Find Care

When you search Find Care, we send the zip code, date and child’s age you enter to the PreschoolPass app to look up open spots. We don’t save your search or link it to you.

To save you typing, the search box may suggest a zip code based on the approximate location of your internet connection. We use it only to fill in the box, and we don’t store it.

If you choose Use my location, your browser asks your permission and then shares your device’s position, rounded to about 100 metres. We send it to the PreschoolPass app to find providers near you, and we don’t store it.

The results map is provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and information about your browser, as it does for any Google map. Google’s use of this information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@preschoolpass.com.
